 With over 30 years of experience, Michelle M. Ms. Tullio has extensive jury trial experience and has obtained significant verdicts on behalf of her clients.  She has also handled matters at the appellate level and has two published decisions from the New Jersey Supreme Court, reflecting her depth of legal advocacy and litigation experience.

Her areas of focus include automobile and truck accidents, animal attacks, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian injuries, slip and falls, and workers’ compensation claims. A graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, Ms. Tullio began her career as a law clerk to the Honorable Edwin R. Alley in the Union County Superior Court.  She is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association, the New Jersey Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers), and the American Bar Association.  She has also held leadership roles, including serving on the Board of Governors for the New Jersey Association for Justice and the Civil Trial Committee for the Middlesex County Vicinage.
