DANIEL F. GONZALEZ, ESQ.

With more than 20 years of experience in criminal defense, Mr. Gonzalez is dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals facing criminal charges and guiding clients through some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Mr. Gonzalez graduated from The College of New Jersey, where he majored in Law and Justice, and earned his law degree from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans. He began his legal career as a law clerk to Judge Dennis V. Nieves, J.S.C., in Middlesex County, where he gained invaluable courtroom experience and a strong foundation in criminal law. 

He later served as a staff attorney with the Middlesex County Public Defender’s Office, where he developed extensive trial experience and a steadfast commitment to defending the accused.

An active member of the Middlesex County Bar Association and the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Mr. Gonzalez is known for his tenacity, meticulous preparation, and unwavering advocacy on behalf of his clients.  His reputation as a trusted, results-driven defense attorney is built on years of courtroom experience, meticulous attention to detail, and a relentless pursuit of justice.
